Job Description:

Talent Groups is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to support the needs of a client in the insurance industry. This role is key to advancing the organization s data analytics maturity by creating modern, interactive dashboards and visualizations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

We re looking for a candidate who is passionate about data storytelling, highly experienced with Power BI (cloud preferred), and capable of promoting adoption and best practices in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

We are targeting candidates with most of the following experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data visualization and analytics
  • Proficiency in Power BI (cloud version preferred)
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
  • Familiarity with data modeling concepts and dimensional data structures
