The role involves leading business process design, architecture planning, and overseeing system integration while promoting best practices. Candidates must be willing to travel quarterly to Springfield, IL, as needed for project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis and design of business processes across various functions, ensuring alignment with Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities.
- Define and maintain architectural frameworks for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring scalability, security, and integration with existing systems.
- Review the solution architecture and design, ensuring technical consistency with business objectives and project goals.
- Work closely with senior management, product owners, and functional teams to ensure that Dynamics 365 solutions meet business needs and drive organizational efficiency.
- Oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party systems) to ensure a seamless user experience.
