- Partner smart: Use your network and build new partnerships with KOLs, communities, institutions, and affiliates.
- Design impactful campaigns: Co-create volume-driving initiatives with our team and external partners.
- Stay sharp: Monitor market trends, user behavior, and competitor strategies.
- Work cross-team: Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to close the loop and support partner success.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years in BD, ideally in crypto/fintech, with a track record of bringing in trading volume.
- A network of KOLs, crypto traders, community leads, and regional players in EUROPE.
- Fluent English. A plus for other languages.
