The Role You'll be responsible for
- Leading the delivery of a multi-entity Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central programme
- Managing the migration from Legacy NAV environments to Business Central SaaS
- Owning project plans, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies
- Coordinating data migration, testing and cutover activities
- Managing third-party suppliers, consultants and technical resources
- Working closely with finance and operational stakeholders to ensure business readiness
- Facilitating workshops, steering committees and governance meetings
- Driving successful phased go-lives and transition into BAU
What We're Looking For Essential
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
- Strong Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central background
- Multiple end-to-end ERP implementation projects delivered as Project Manager
- Experience managing complex data migration workstreams
- Integration project delivery experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and delivery partners
- Excellent governance, RAID and reporting experience
Highly Desirable
- NAV to Business Central migration experience
- Multi-company or multi-entity implementation experience
- Retail, logistics, distribution or service sector experience
- Experience working within both end-user and Microsoft Partner environments
- Understanding of Power BI and wider Microsoft technology stack
