Senior Business Central Consultant

We are seeking a Senior D365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join a Microsoft-focused team delivering BC solutions to a growing client base.

You'll lead requirements gathering and design workshops, break down client processes, and produce functional design specifications.

You'll translate solutions technically for developers and in plain language for clients, deliver training, and advise on best practice.

The role also covers delegating and reviewing work, managing client accounts, and keeping an eye on project budgets and delivery controls.

This is a senior, client-facing role, not a support or end-user position.

Primarily remote with occasional travel to Harrow.

Immediate start available for the right candidate.

Must have the following - please do not apply without this:

• 5+ years' experience as a Senior D365 Business Central (or NAV) Functional Consultant or Team Lead
• Covering both end-user functionality and solution design
• Proven experience facilitating design workshops and writing functional design specifications
• Client-facing consulting experience, confident presenting and managing account relationships
• Experience delegating work and giving constructive feedback on reviewed tasks
• Working knowledge of budget management within project delivery

Highly desirable:

• Warehouse implementation experience in Business Central
• Exposure to the wider Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft 365 stack
• Degree in Business, Accounting, MIS or equivalent
