Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) implementation experience.
Planon experience is highly preferred. PLEASE DON'T APPLY if you dont have Planon / IWMS implementation experience.
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Planon / IWMS implementation experience
- Experience with IBM TRIRIGA, Archibus, SpaceIQ, or similar IWMS platforms
- Strong Facilities / Workplace Management domain experience
- Requirements gathering and business process analysis
- Functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and process mapping
- Enterprise integrations, APIs, and data mapping
- Data migration and master data management
- SIT / UAT / defect management
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
- AutoCAD experience preferred
- Azure DevOps experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and business process discovery workshops
- Document functional and integration requirements
- Define future-state workflows and business processes
- Support solution configuration and validation
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect management, and business validation
- Support data migration, integration, cutover, and go-live activities
- Collaborate with Facilities stakeholders, IT teams, enterprise system owners, and implementation vendors
- Provide functional expertise across space management, maintenance management, asset management, workplace services, and capital projects
