Position: Senior Business Analyst
Rate: Up to $58/hr W2
Contract: Long-Term Contract

Required Experience
- 5+ years deriving requirements through stakeholder/customer interviews and creating system requirements documentation
- 5+ years of System Analysis & Design, including mockups and/or wireframes
- 5+ years of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience
- 5+ years of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) experience
- 4+ years developing User Stories and Use Cases
Preferred Skills
- Strong stakeholder communication, organization and facilitation skills
- Business Process Development experience
- Experience with Azure DevOps and/or Modern Requirements
- Experience with Atlassian Jira
- Experience supporting large-scale application/software development projects
- Public-sector or education-domain experience is a plus
- Experience working with public-school systems/districts is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements-gathering sessions
- Analyze, document and manage business and system requirements
- Create user stories, use cases, process flows, mockups and wireframes
- Perform AS-IS/TO-BE analysis and business process reengineering
- Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and software development teams
- Manage requirements throughout the complete SDLC
- Maintain requirements after the requirements baseline is established
- Support validation and verification of implemented requirements
- Manage requirements for enhancements and post-production changes
- Support multiple projects simultaneously
