Summary: The role of Senior Business Analyst focuses on the Payment Transformation Programme aimed at replacing a payment hub that processes various payment types including CHAPS, SWIFT, SEPA, and Faster payments. The position requires extensive experience in documenting and analyzing payment processes and functionalities, as well as stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities:

• Documenting the end to end As-Is process for CHAPS, SWIFT and SEPA payments processing
• Capturing and analysing the As-Is functionality of accounting and reconciliation process
• Supporting delivery of a large payments project
• Engaging in stakeholder management
• Collaborating with technical teams and managing technical details

Key Skills:

• 5+ years experience as a Senior Business Analyst
• Good understanding of Payments, specifically SWIFT/Cross border & CHAPS
• Experience with Jira/Confluence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and ability to work at pace
• Any experience with payments
