- Explain how the BA role evolves across the project delivery lifecycle
Key Skills:
- Strong requirements elicitation skills, including document analysis, user stories, and process mapping
- Adaptable interpersonal skills
- Understanding of requirements traceability
- Clear communication skills
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc., are a plus
- Industry knowledge in banking is preferred
- Business analysis skills
- Process improvement and mapping experience
