Summary: The role of Mid-Senior Digital Business Analyst involves acting as a liaison between business, product, and technology teams to deliver user-focused digital solutions. The analyst will gather and translate business requirements, optimize processes, and engage stakeholders to support product development and digital transformation initiatives. This position is fully remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate workshops and sessions to understand goals and user needs
- Analyse current processes to identify and support efficiency improvements and cost reduction
- Recommend and help implement system and workflow enhancements
- Act as a bridge between business, product, and tech teams
- Communicate technical concepts clearly and maintain stakeholder alignment throughout delivery
- Contribute to product backlog, roadmap planning, and testing
- Validate solutions and monitor impact post-delivery
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience engaging and collaborating with senior stakeholders across diverse business functions
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst (ideally 3–6+ years), working in digital product or technology environments
- Strong understanding of business processes, systems thinking, and digital solution design
- Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, and other documentation or analysis platforms
