Summary: The Senior Business Analyst role requires an individual with active SC clearance to join a UK consultancy on a fully remote basis. The position involves working within a UCD team to deliver a project for a high-profile government department, focusing on user-centered design and service delivery. The contract is initially for three months, starting in mid-late January 2026, and is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work across multidisciplinary teams to understand business problems and define user and stakeholder needs.
- Translate user and stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Support service design and delivery by analyzing processes and identifying improvements.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals while collaborating with delivery managers, product owners, and technical teams.
- Help shape effective, user-centered digital services.
Key Skills:
- Experience working with policy and operational teams in central government departments.
- Experience with GDS and/or GDS design principles and delivery lifecycle (Discovery, alpha, beta).
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in central government departments.
- Experience with gov.uk to redesign services and structure policy content and information architecture.
