Summary: The Senior Business Analyst role in Glen Allen, VA involves developing, improving, and managing engineering standards processes and software tools. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support the use of business tools and processes that help drive and measure project execution efforts of the Standard Innovation Services Team
- Develop, provide customer support, maintain, and roll out tools based in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Adobe, Power Shell, and Python
- Create spreadsheets, develop written documents, document processes, develop presentations, and process maps in support of assigned projects
- Perform other duties as requested or assigned
Key Skills:
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Adobe, Power Shell, and Python

Qualifications:
* Preferred Bachelor's Degree (Or 7+ years with an Associate's Degree, Or 9+ years with HS/GED). Preferred discipline(s): Business, Computer Science, Engineering
* Demonstrates a strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Adobe, Power Shell, and Python
* Minimum 5 years of experience
* Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to effectively facilitate multiple
projects or assignments simultaneously
* Experience with software development, deployment, and maintenance
* Experience applying project management principles to lead new initiatives leveraging the use of project management tools
* Ability to quickly resolve complex problems and adjust work plans with limited
supervision
* Proficiency in application of business process improvement methodology, benchmarking, and change management
* Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
