Senior Business Analyst

Summary: The Senior Business Analyst role is a remote position requiring active SC clearance and focuses on analyzing business processes to optimize performance. The candidate will engage with senior client stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide actionable insights using analytical tools. A general understanding of AWS and Python is essential for success in this role. The position is classified as inside IR35 and is offered on an umbrella company basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Develop and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
• Utilize analytical tools and techniques to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
• Support the implementation of new systems and processes, providing guidance and expertise.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a senior role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• General understanding of AWS and Python.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively engage with senior client stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Previous public sector experience, if also have previous experience within health sector - bonus!
