Summary: The Senior Business Analyst (IAM/PAM) role involves leading business analysis initiatives within a Cyber Security Programme, specifically focusing on Identity & Access Management and Privileged Access Management. The analyst will take ownership of the business analysis function, working across multiple workstreams to shape change effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis on IAM & PAM projects from discovery to implementation.
- Facilitate workshops, map current/future state processes, and define operating models.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across business, IT, and security teams.
- Coach and support other BAs as needed.
- Support project planning, risk management, and progress reporting.
Key Skills:
- A proven Senior BA with IAM/PAM experience (e.g. CyberArk, SailPoint, Saviynt, Entra).
- Confident in stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and delivering change.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and guide decisions.
- Experienced with tools like Jira, Miro, Visio, and Excel/Power BI.
- Agile and Waterfall delivery knowledge.
- Bonus: BA certifications or exposure to Cyber Security frameworks.
