Our client, a leading, Global Investment Bank Tech is currently seeking a SeniorBusiness Analyst based in London (FLEX REMOTE/OFFICE 2 days per week) working within their Financial Markets Front Office Risk area on a long term re-platforming programme.

As a Business Analyst, you will assist with the execution of the product roadmap for globally and expand the platform functionality with all in scope businesses, life cycle events and booking models. This will require a combination of strong business analysis, solution design and problem-solving skills, a profile comfortable working with a team of subject matters experts, software engineers and testers, and engaging in the design details.

Skills/Knowledge required:

• 5-10+ years of relevant experience in full project delivery life cycle, in a business analyst capacity in trade booking or trade processing (Front Office)
• Solid product knowledge across asset classes encompassing product & trade life cycle
• Excellent understanding of the Front Office to Back Office trade flow of financial products, including Middle Office, Operations and Finance activities.
• Ability to accurately translate and document business needs into functional requirements and produce high quality documentation (knowledge of UML, BPML notations are a plus)
• Good understanding of key technology concepts, basics in logical/physical data models, programming and architecture. (Strong technical acumen is a plus)
• Familiarity with ISDA FPML and CDM standards
• Ability to work proactively, independently and displays strong initiative
• Strong interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or related field of study
