Summary: The Senior Business Analyst role focuses on supporting the integration design and implementation as the company transitions its Brokerage operations into CargoWise over the next 6-9 months. Key Responsibilities:
- Support integration design and implementation for migrating Brokerage operations into CargoWise.
- Write detailed functional specifications and integration requirements.
- Create use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Map fields from source to target and understand data transformation rules.
- Write SQL queries for data validation/testing and requirement gathering.
- Work independently with limited oversight and translate technical language to business context.
- Collaborate in Agile or Scrum environments.
Key Skills:
- Understanding of brokerage processes (preferred but not mandatory).
- 2-3 years experience with integration solution design and development using XML, JSON, CSV, ANSI X12, EDI Flat file.
- Ability to write detailed functional specs and integration requirements (must).
- Experience creating use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria (must).
- Experience in mapping fields from source to target (must).
- Understanding of data transformation rules.
- Ability to write SQL queries (preferred).
- Understanding of relational databases (preferred).

Job Description:
Role will be predominantly Senior BA type work supporting integration design and implementation as we migrate our Brokerage operations into CargoWise over the next 6-9 months
Ideally looking for experience below and skillset:
Understanding of brokerage processes (Preferred but not mandatory)
2-3 years experience with integration solution design and development utilizing common messaging standards XML, JSON, CSV, ANSI X12, EDI Flat file etc
Ability to write detailed functional specs and integration requirements (must)
Experience creating use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria (must).
Experience in mapping fields from source to target mapping (must).
Understanding of data transformation rules (e.g., formats, business logic conversions).
Ability to write SQL queries to pull data for validation/testing or requirement gathering (preferred)
Understanding of relational databases (preferred)
2-3 years experience working with CargoWise and familiarity with the application and related integration standards using eadaptor (preferred)
Ability to work independently with limited oversight
Ability to translate technical speak to business and vice versa
Experience with Agile or Scrum environments.
