Job Description
We are seeking a skilled AWS Cloud Consultant specializing in Amazon Connect for a remote engagement with Sun Life. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex (Lex), AWS Lambda, and Contact Lens to support cloud-based contact center solutions.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with the required Amazon Connect and AWS contact center technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect contact center solutions.
- Experience with Amazon Lex for conversational interfaces, chatbots, and voice interactions.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda for serverless application development and integrations.
- Experience with Amazon Connect Contact Lens for contact analytics, conversation insights, and quality monitoring.
- Ability to integrate AWS services to support contact center workflows and business requirements.
- Strong troubleshooting, technical problem-solving, and communication skills.
