- 8-10 years of experience leading large-scale product audit and remediation programs
- Proven audit remediation experience with demonstrated ability to drive compliance initiatives to successful completion (critically required)
- Strong cross-organizational communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across multiple teams
- Program management experience with ability to establish foundational processes and drive organizational change
- C-Suite level presentation skills with ability to distill complex technical information into executive-ready insights
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for data analysis and presentation development
