Summary: The Senior ASP.NET Developer role is a freelance or short-term contract position focused on enhancing a customer self-service platform. The developer will collaborate with the product owner to refine requirements and deliver new features, primarily using ASP.NET Core and Vue.js. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product owner to refine and shape the product brief
- Design, build, and maintain a scalable ASP.NET Core back end
- Develop a modern, responsive front end (Vue.js preferred; React also considered)
- Implement and manage database access using Entity Framework and SQL Server
- Manage AWS hosting environment
- Report progress clearly and regularly
- Take full responsibility for delivering features end to end
Key Skills:
- ASP.NET Core (C#) Essential
- Entity Framework (code-first, migrations, etc.) Highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience delivering complete features from spec to deployment Desirable

About the Role
We’re looking for a capable, self-sufficient developer to support our growing success with our customer self service platform You’ll be part of a team to continue to modernisation and help deliver new features that support campaign creation, asset management, and multi-format advertising across digital channels. You’ll work directly with the product owner to refine requirements, and contribute to a responsive, intuitive interface currently built in Vue.js. This role suits someone who enjoys shaping scalable, real-world products and can work with autonomy and purpose.
