Key Responsibilities:

- Support PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) systems, specifically RxClaim adjudication workflows.
- Process and integrate EDI transactions (834/837) for eligibility, enrollment, and claims processing.
- Work with business analysts and healthcare SMEs to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues related to claims adjudication and eligibility processing.
- Develop and maintain batch and interactive programs for healthcare applications.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and other healthcare regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Business Analysts) in Agile/Waterfall environments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, test plans, and release notes.
