Senior Data Governance Architect / Databricks Migration Lead
highly skilled technical leader to drive the migration and governance of our data ecosystem. You will lead the implementation of Databricks Unity Catalog and its integration with the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform to ensure a governed, secure, and scalable data lakehouse. This role requires a "Sr. People" leader who can bridge the gap between technical execution and business data strategy.

• Databricks Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, and Spark-based data processing.
• Collibra Proficiency: Proven experience configuring Collibra Operating Models, workflows (BPMN), and using the Collibra Ranger framework for advanced implementations.
• Migration Experience: Strong background in cloud data migration tools and methodologies, specifically involving high-volume data and metadata.
• Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior/mid-level engineers in best practices for data governance.
• Technical Stack: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark for automation and data management.
