Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable web applications using .NET Core, C#, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Build and integrate applications with GIS technologies (ESRI / ArcGIS) and large-scale data systems
- Lead system architecture and contribute to cloud-based (Azure) application modernization
- Develop APIs and manage data integrations across City and third-party systems
- Convert legacy applications into modern, secure, and high-performing platforms
- Implement robust logging, monitoring, and debugging solutions
- Write unit tests, conduct system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, data teams, and project managers
- Participate in Agile development processes and code reviews
- Create technical documentation, system specifications, and user guides

Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development
- Strong experience with .NET Core / C#, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SQL Server (database design and optimization)
- Experience with Azure cloud services and application deployment
- Hands-on experience with ArcGIS / ESRI GIS technologies and mapping APIs
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs (JSON/XML)
- Proficiency with Git version control and Agile methodologies
