Summary: The Senior Apple Consultant (Jamf 400) role involves leading the implementation and optimization of Jamf Pro environments for enterprise deployments. The consultant will manage Apple services integration, develop automation workflows, and provide expert-level support for Apple devices. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of the Jamf Pro environment for enterprise deployments.
- Perform configuration and administration of Jamf Pro, including system development, integration, image creation/deployment, and device policies.
- Manage and integrate Apple services such as Apple Business Manager (ABM), Apple School Manager (ASM), Device Enrollment Program (DEP), and Volume Purchase Program (VPP) with Jamf Pro MDM management.
- Develop, implement, and maintain advanced automation workflows and scripts.
- Programmatically create and modify property list (.plist) files and work with JSON syntax.
- Ensure devices adhere to high security standards and conduct vulnerability assessments.
- Package, deploy, and update macOS, iOS, and third-party applications.
- Manage and maintain enterprise macOS images, service packs, and updates.
- Provide expert-level support for complex Apple device and Jamf Pro-related issues.
