Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional Android development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and modern Android development frameworks.
- Experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale mobile applications.
- Hands-on experience consuming and integrating GraphQL APIs.
- Experience working with Node.js-based backend services.
- Strong understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, Jetpack libraries, and mobile architecture patterns.
- Experience with RESTful services, asynchronous programming, and network optimization.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing practices.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing customer-facing applications in retail, eCommerce, loyalty, or membership platforms.
- Prior large-scale retail experience.
- Experience with modern Android architectural patterns such as MVVM, MVI, or Clean Architecture.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum product teams.
- Exposure to cloud-native and microservices environments.
- Understanding of analytics, personalization, recommendations, or customer engagement features.
