Key Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive audits of enterprise analytics ecosystems, mapping data flows across web platforms, native mobile applications, and B2B systems.
- Document current state architectures including tag management systems, analytics SDKs, event schemas, data layer implementations, and downstream data warehouse integrations.
- Design future-state analytics architectures that unify cross-platform tracking, establish governance frameworks, and enable advanced analytics capabilities.
- Evaluate and recommend analytics platforms based on cost, flexibility, privacy/compliance requirements, and business objectives.
- Architect analytics data pipelines into Snowflake and other cloud data platforms, designing for near-real-time ingestion, data quality, and scalability.
- Develop proof-of-concept integrations demonstrating technical feasibility and business value.
- Establish data governance frameworks, validation processes, and operational support models.
- Possess retail industry experience with a deep understanding of e-commerce analytics, omnichannel measurement, merchandising KPIs, and retail-specific use cases.
- Have extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or equivalent enterprise analytics solutions including implementation, administration, and data exports.
