Summary: The Senior AI Engineer will spearhead the development of an autonomous agent platform, focusing on intelligent, self-learning systems for B2B professionals. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create scalable AI solutions across multiple domains, ensuring reliability and security. The engineer will lead the architecture and implementation of AI frameworks, automation, and integration with existing systems. The position is fully remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and build scalable AI agent frameworks for autonomous task execution and workflow automation
- Develop self-learning systems that adapt to user behaviour and transaction patterns
- Implement robust patterns for multi-agent coordination and AI-augmented RPA
- Ensure strong security, customer data isolation and regulatory compliance
- Build intelligent systems for customer data analysis, market trend detection and anomaly identification
- Deliver automated workflows across lead qualification, maintenance management and other core operational processes
- Engineer production-ready AI services using TypeScript/JavaScript, .NET and/or Python
- Deploy and operate on AWS using Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, CloudFormation/CDK
- Integrate AI capabilities with existing systems and third-party APIs, ensuring performance, reliability and cost efficiency
- Implement monitoring, logging and observability for model performance and agent behaviour
- Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, etc.)
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
- Mentor engineers and establish best practices for AI development, testing and deployment
Key Skills:
- 5+ years' software engineering experience with strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, .NET, and modern frameworks like React
- Deep expertise with major AI platforms and frameworks
- Strong AWS experience: Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, CloudFormation/CDK
- Solid database skills (MySQL) and experience building data pipelines
- Hands-on experience with autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, intelligent workflow automation or RPA
- Strong grounding in architecture patterns, API design and system integration
- Degree in Computer Science, AI/ML or related field
- AWS certifications
- Knowledge of NLP, computer vision or recommender systems
- Familiarity with MLOps, evaluation frameworks and A/B testing
- Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures
- Understanding of data privacy and security best practices for AI
- Open-source contributions in relevant domains

We're seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the technical development of an autonomous agent platform: intelligent, self-learning systems that act as digital counterparts to B2B professionals. You'll be at the forefront of engineering agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, and production-grade automation, building the foundations for next-generation workflow intelligence.
Working closely with Product, Architecture, Security, DevOps and Commercial teams, you'll architect and deliver scalable AI solutions across Front End, Back End and cloud domains. You'll establish the core platform that enables rapid deployment of customer-facing AI features while ensuring reliability, security and seamless integration across the wider ecosystem.
What You'll Lead:
Agentic Platform Development
- Architect and build scalable AI agent frameworks for autonomous task execution and workflow automation
