Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications and services.
- Build enterprise AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock and related foundation-model platforms.
- Develop Agentic AI and multi-agent workflows using LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, and similar frameworks.
- Develop AI-powered coding and automation solutions using Claude Code and Codex.
- Integrate LLMs, APIs, enterprise data sources, vector databases, and external tools.
- Design and implement RAG, semantic search, embeddings, prompt engineering, and agent-based architectures.
- Develop scalable Python-based APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
- Optimize model inference, latency, token usage, reliability, and cloud costs.
- Build evaluation and monitoring processes to improve AI response quality and reduce hallucinations.
- Implement secure and governed AI solutions aligned with enterprise requirements.
- Use Git, CI/CD, Terraform, and DevOps practices to automate deployment and delivery.
- Troubleshoot AI applications, integration issues, deployment pipelines, and production workloads.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical solutions.
- Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and business stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on Generative AI / AI development experience.
- Strong Python development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock.
- Experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph.
- Experience developing Agentic AI / Multi-Agent systems.
- Experience with CrewAI or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code and Codex.
