Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand current-state consumer engagement tactics and tools.
  • Work with marketing managers and other stakeholders to define key requirements to support the migration to Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Build, implement, and optimize audience segmentation and journey experiences using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
  • Lead infrastructure design and provide solution architecture insights that align with enterprise-level digital marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to the customization and optimization of the UHG-specific AEP solution, including schema design and advanced use cases.
  • Design and implement scalable templates and reusable components to mitigate risk and ensure consistency across campaigns.
  • Navigate complex data scenarios, including many-to-many relationships across audiences, custom actions, and schema elements.
  • Develop and fine-tune expressions and queries for audience creation, ensuring high performance and precision targeting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, marketers, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr AEP/AJO Campaign Developer to join our team for an opportunity with our client, UnitedHealth Group (UHG). This Consultant will help our client define the necessary business, technology, data, and reporting requirements to support their member engagement migration to Adobe's Experience Cloud. Furthermore, this consultant will lead and execute complex audience segmentation, journey orchestration, and infrastructure design within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) environment. This role is instrumental in developing data-driven, scalable customer journeys that enhance personalization and optimize campaign performance across various channels.

Primary Responsibilities
