Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct month-end close processes, including journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, and financial statement analysis.
- Support the quarterly reviews and year-end audit with the independent auditors.
- Perform research and analytical review on significant transactions.
- Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial information and provide guidance on accounting-related matters.
- Engage in ad-hoc accounting related projects.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; master's in accounting/CPA preferred.
