Role Overview
Crossing Hurdles is sourcing experienced Treasury Analysts on behalf of Verita AI to join a growing network of domain experts. In this role, you will work directly with Verita AI's data and engineering teams to help shape how AI systems learn to reason through real accounting workflows. This is a long-term freelance engagement with flexible, asynchronous work and no fixed schedule.
What You Will Do
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, reasoning quality, and domain correctness across accounting scenarios

Domain Focus
The work will draw on expertise across the following areas:

- Journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations

Requirements

Work Style and Expectations
All work is completed asynchronously via Slack and Verita AI's internal tools. There is no fixed schedule and no mandatory meetings. You will have full flexibility over when and how you work, provided you maintain consistent engagement throughout the week. The minimum commitment is 10 hours per week, with 15 to 20 or more hours per week strongly preferred.
Compensation
$100 to $125 per hour (USD)
