Summary: The role of Senior Account Manager (Internal Communications) involves working with a well-known communications agency to manage internal communications for various clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships and developing a deep understanding of clients' strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop an exceptional understanding of clients’ organisations – their strategic goals, competitive marketplace and wider business aspirations.
- Create project plans, status reports and KPI trackers and lead status calls with clients.
- Help to create proposals and pitch documents and take part in pitches.
- Co-create client briefs based on an agreed set of objectives.

- Able to build strong relationships with those responsible for internal communication.

The hiring manager is looking for an internal communicator, with either an in-house or agency-side background, rather than an external communications specialist. The successful candidate will join a small but high performing team with an excellent reputation. It has long-standing client relationships across all different sectors from consumer to corporate. From strategic communications audits to business narrative development, transformation programmes to creative campaigns, this is an extremely varied role for an ambitious IC pro. The hiring manager is looking for candidates with creativity and business acumen, with the ability to build long-term client relationships. A solid understanding of internal communications is critical.
