Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct manual and automated accessibility testing on web and mobile applications.
  • Review designs, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility compliance.
  • Use assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, etc.) to evaluate user experiences.
  • Validate against WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 standards.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to provide actionable remediation guidance.
  • Create accessibility test plans, scripts, and reports.
  • Lead accessibility audits and ensure timely defect tracking and resolution.
  • Provide mentorship and training to QA and dev teams on accessibility best practices.

  • 10+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 5+ years focused on accessibility testing.
