Summary: The Senior Digital Accessibility Specialist - Audit Specialist role involves conducting technical accessibility audits and providing solutions to enhance digital content compliance with WCAG 2.2 standards. This fully remote position requires strong experience in accessibility auditing and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with stakeholders. The contract is for 12 months, starting in October 2025, with a focus on authoring VPATs and ACRs. Key Responsibilities:
- Strong experience authoring VPAT/Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs) against W3C WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
- Troubleshoots user accessibility issues, guiding product teams to solutions and coaching on appropriate testing tools.
- Author detailed specifications for remediating websites, mobile applications, and PDFs to meet the W3C WCAG 2.2 A standards.
- Work with core team developers and UX to test, steer, and validate designs and code to accessibility standards.
- Author product accessibility statements.

- Strong Accessibility Auditing experience is crucial.

- Expert knowledge of and mobile application accessibility testing and techniques.
- Wide experience with user interface design patterns including rich Internet applications, single page web applications, and AI/chatbots.
