Summary: The Semarchy Solution Architect is responsible for defining, building, and maintaining a comprehensive multi-domain MDM architecture. This role involves data modeling, system integration, governance, and enabling AI and analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data architecture, particularly with Semarchy xDM, and a strong understanding of cloud-native data ecosystems. Additionally, familiarity with travel, hospitality, or loyalty/CRM architectures is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Ownership: Define, build, and maintain end-to-end multi-domain Semarchy MDM architecture.
- Data Modeling: Architect logical and physical data models, complex relationship hierarchies, and match/merge rules.
- System Integration: Design real-time and batch data pipelines integrating the MDM hub with Customer & Loyalty systems, reservation engines, and edge/shipboard operational systems.
- Governance & Stewardship: Operationalize data quality frameworks, stewardship workflows, and data lineage.
- AI & Analytics Enablement: Prepare master data for downstream AI/ML workloads, LLM-ready architectures, and self-service BI.

- Experience: 8-12+ years of progressive experience in data architecture with 3+ years specifically focused on Semarchy xDM design and development.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in match/merge, survivorship, creating golden records, and data federation.
- Cloud & Data Platforms: Strong command of cloud-native data ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, dbt) and modern ELT architectures.
- Integration Patterns: Solid understanding of API development (REST, JSON) and enterprise messaging.
- Domain Knowledge: Past exposure to travel, hospitality, or loyalty/CRM architectures is highly preferred to accommodate edge computing and intermittent connectivity constraints.
