JK Mortgage Brokers offers experienced mortgage and protection advisers the freedom to build their own business, with remote working and direct access to the owner.
This is commission-only self-employment. Advisers bring their own leads through clients, referrals, introducers or their own marketing. JK does not supply leads.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Commission splits of up to 85%, depending on experience and existing business.
- Potential annual commission earnings of £20,000–£100,000, depending on the business you generate and complete. This is not a guaranteed salary or minimum income.
- Remote working with flexibility over how you organise your working time.
- Full autonomy over how you work, provided cases meet our compliance requirements and records stay up to date.
- Direct contact with Tom Dobbe, the owner of this independent UK brokerage.
ABOUT YOU
- CeMAP qualified or holding an equivalent recognised mortgage advice qualification.
- At least three years of UK regulated mortgage advice experience, with protection advice experience.
- Able to demonstrate a sustainable source of your own enquiries through a client bank, referrals, introducers or effective marketing.
- Confident managing cases and providing appropriate advice with strong compliance standards.
- Current Competent Adviser Status (CAS) preferred. Please explain your CAS position and when you last provided regulated mortgage advice.
YOUR ROLE
Develop your own sources of enquiries, advise mortgage and protection clients, manage your client relationships and case administration, and maintain accurate, compliant records.
