Job Description:
Driving efficiencies
Support updating of existing solution content or create repeatable content (eg, best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code) and ensure effective documentation of repeatable solutions. Contribute to delivery of business efficiency plans (BEP), recognizes current inefficiencies and proposes options.
Partner strategy for solutions
Help generate partner insights and participate in business reviews with partners to formulate partner strategies, with minimal guidance. Help provide reactive consultation to partners to identify new business opportunities. Contribute to the execution of partner strategies to adopt technologies.
Project management
Manage project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation. Propose next steps and roadblock solutions and anticipate questions and challenges.
Solution delivery
Execute solutions, with occasional support from peers/community, based on user/partner/client business objectives and technical requirements that have been previously defined, developed, and approved.
Solution delivery improvement
Help identify trends of solution issues across users/partners/clients and collaborate with internal teams (eg, engineering) to mitigate risks in the future with some guidance. Contribute to developing initiatives and practices to improve solution delivery, develop new delivery workflows, and drive solution innovation with some guidance.
Solution development and scoping
Help leverage, customize, or develop technical or nontechnical solutions based on defined user/partner/client business objectives that are compliant with legal, with minimal guidance. Support discussions with internal teams and users/partners/clients to define solution constraints and scope with minimal guidance. Help articulate the value of solutions through design sessions with the user/partner/client with minimal guidance. Support architecture design and/or feature requests with product teams for solution development.
Solution strategy
Support defining of long-term solution strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams and influence the direction and priority of technical product features and/or the solution with minimal guidance.
Stakeholder management for solutions
Support collaboration with manager-level stakeholders to troubleshoot or develop the most optimal solutions and enhance offerings. Support coaching internal and external teams on new solutions/systems, user/partner/client ecosystem, and industry landscape. Address escalations to and from stakeholders.
Stakeholder relationship management
Help to build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in user/partner/client/internal organizations to deliver or manage quality solutions and services with minimal guidance. Contribute to advising on best practices to optimize internal stakeholder/client use of technology to support their business processes with minimal guidance. Help enhance relationships and seek out new opportunities through consultation and engagement with minimal guidance.
User customer experience feedback
Support assessment and identification of gaps and issues in current products based on user feedback or metrics analysis and quantify impact of solving/the consequences of leaving issues unsolved. Support communication of product gaps and issues to internal teams (eg, Product Management, Business Development, Engineering). Support solving gaps and issues by contribution that can take the form of developing, validating, and documenting new features/solutions for internal or external products.
