The Role Play a critical role in supporting the alignment of the organisation's cybersecurity practices with the CIS Controls framework. This position will involve assessing current systems and practices ("AS IS") and designing and implementing future state processes ("TO BE") to enhance cybersecurity controls, particularly in areas such as inventory management, data protection, secure configuration, and continuous vulnerability management. The BA will work closely with security teams, stakeholders and technical leads to document requirements, design processes and ensure successful implementation of CIS control standards.SkillsUnderstanding of CIS Controls, specifically in areas such as asset inventory, data protection, secure configuration, vulnerability management and incident response. Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping and gap analysis. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions. Experience in working within structured project management frameworks. Familiarity with change management processes and tools, ensuring smooth adoption of new security controls.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholder groups. Effective communication skills for presenting complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Experience working with security tools and platforms such as vulnerability scanners, logging systems and asset management solutions is a plus.
