Job Details
7+ years of experience in Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), Quality Engineering, or Test Automation roles.
Strong hands-on experience with NICE CXone platform, including IVR, ACD, routing, and contact center workflows.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript will be added advantage
Experience designing and developing scalable automation testing frameworks from scratch.
Expertise in automation using tools such as Cyara, Hammer, or equivalent.
Strong experience in API testing, validation, and automation using REST APIs and tools like Postman or Rest Assured.
Experience executing functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with source control systems such as Git and modern branching strategies.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with participation in sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills to identify and resolve defects efficiently.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and cloud-native application testing.
Understanding of performance, load, and reliability testing concepts and tools.
