Summary: The Scrum Master for the Workday HRMS (PRISM Project) will serve as a servant leader and Agile coach, facilitating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Workday solutions. This role emphasizes adherence to Agile best practices while managing project delivery and stakeholder communication. The position is fully remote and requires collaboration with HR, Payroll, and IT teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Agile Delivery & Facilitation
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews
  • Ensure adherence to Scrum/Kanban best practices
  • Track progress using velocity, burndown charts, and Agile metrics
  • Drive predictable and high-quality sprint delivery
  • Act as a servant leader, coaching teams on Agile principles
  • Foster a self-organizing, high-performing team culture
  • Guide stakeholders on Agile roles and expectations
  • Identify and remove blockers impacting team progress
  • Manage risks, escalate issues, and resolve cross-team dependencies
  • Coordinate with HR, IT, and vendors (including Workday partners)
  • Partner with Product Owners to ensure well-groomed backlog
  • Ensure user stories have clear acceptance criteria
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders

Key Skills:

  • Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM)
  • Experience with Workday implementation/support
  • Familiarity with HR processes (hire-to-retire lifecycle)
