Summary: The Scrum Master role at 3Core Systems, Inc. involves leading Agile practices for complex IT projects, ensuring effective product development through coaching and facilitation. Key Responsibilities:
- SAFe Agile Scrum Master
- Fluent in hybrid methods (SAFe Scrum Master and PMP)
- Strong technical background to assist Tech Leads and Product Owners
- Coach, mentor, and facilitate the team members' adoption of an Agile mindset
- Manage and facilitate the scrum team's daily work including execution of Sprint Ceremonies
- Capturing and tracking sprint metrics
- Create a collaborative environment for team and stakeholders
- Identifying and removing impediments
- Help the team identify its strengths and weaknesses
- Motivating and acting as the glue that holds the team together
- Occasionally assist other teams and more junior Scrum Masters
- Help craft and maintain team level reporting
- Contribute to Scrum of Scrums and Scrum Master Community of Practice
- Act as power user of product development technology
- Apply working knowledge of waterfall/traditional project management practices
- Help coordinate vendor and system integrator portions of implementation

Location: 90% remote (quarterly travel to any 3 locations - Allentown PA, Providence RI, Louisville, KY) for PI planning
Contract: 12 months (ability to extend)

Someone who has done hyper care (or some degree of Operational/Production Support) and Infrastructure Background Utility experience preferred.

Job Summary:
The Scrum Master is accountable for all aspects of a diverse, complex information technology project or large-scale IT projects. Serves as a team coach, and facilitator of Agile practices ensuring fast product development through transparency, inspection, and adaptation. Provides project management coordination, support, and assistance in all aspects of IT product development.
Job Responsibilities:
- SAFe Agile Scrum Master
- Fluent in hybrid methods (SAFe Scrum Master and PMP). Most teams have traditional waterfall experience - the Scrum Master needs to be able to 'translate' waterfall to Agile/SAFe.
- Strong technical background to assist Tech Leads and Product Owners that have predominantly business domain expertise and limited development backgrounds.
- SM who has some Product Owner background with strong facilitation experience
- Coach, mentor, and facilitate the team members' adoption of an Agile mindset, including ownership, self-management and empowerment.
- Manage and facilitate the scrum team's daily work including execution of Sprint Ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review and Retrospective)
- Capturing and tracking sprint metrics (e.g., team velocity), and being accountable for the continuous improvement of the scrum team
- Create a collaborative environment which allows the team and stakeholders to interact closely.
- Identifying and removing impediments to allow the team to focus on development.
- Help the team identify its strengths and weaknesses.
- Motivating and acting as the glue that holds the team together.
- Occasionally assist other teams and more junior Scrum Masters in the same portfolio
