We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) experience to lead Agile delivery for GIS and geospatial technology projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong Scrum Master experience combined with hands-on exposure to GIS platforms, geospatial data, mapping applications, spatial analysis, and GIS software development projects.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager.
- 3+ years of experience supporting GIS/Geospatial projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing Agile delivery metrics.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and servant-leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and delivery risks.
