Job Title: Scrum Master with Databricks
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead.
- Hands-on exposure to Databricks projects – understanding of Databricks architecture, Delta Lake, Workflows/Jobs, Notebooks.
- Good understanding of Big Data / Cloud Data Stack – Spark, PySpark, SQL, ETL/ELT.
- Proven experience working with Data Engineering / Data Platform teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks – Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM / SAFe) – Preferred.
- Experience with Agile tools – Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps Boards.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
