Summary: The role of Scrum Master with AI experience involves facilitating agile events and coaching teams in Agile practices, specifically Scrum and SAFe. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate agile events (Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews, Refinements, Dailies, Planning)
- Coach the team in Agile practices (Scrum, SAFe) and guide them in self-organization
- Promote and support Agile values, theory, and practices across the team
- Ensure adherence to agreed processes and governance
- Identify and remove impediments at the team level, shielding from external interferences
- Support backlog management, planning, prioritization, and estimation with the Product Owner
- Assist in onboarding new team members into the agile way of working
- Drive visibility of commitments and progress (metrics, Jira maintenance, reporting)
- Encourage continuous improvement through inspect & adapt practices
- Assess team's Agile maturity and coach them towards higher levels at a sustainable pace
Key Skills:
- Fluent in English (spoken/written); additional languages are a plus in our multi-lingual environment
- At least 3 years' experience as a Scrum Master (certifications are a plus, but not mandatory)
- Experience as Scrum Master in AI projects
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with the SAFe framework
- Strong Jira expertise for backlog and progress management
