Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Scrum Master for platform and application teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for DevSecOps and CI/CD initiatives, managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination.
- Partner with Cloud Platform Engineering leadership to translate platform strategy into executable delivery plans and sprint-level commitments.
- Coordinate work across engineering, security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure aligned priorities and predictable delivery outcomes.
- Maintain and prioritize program backlogs, ensuring work was clearly defined, sequenced, and aligned to enterprise delivery objectives.
- Remove delivery impediments by proactively escalating risks, resolving dependencies, and facilitating decision-making across technical and operational stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required.
- Experience with Agile / Scrum / SAFe delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps delivery practices.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud delivery environments.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code collaboration (e.g., Terraform).
