Summary: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our technology team, responsible for facilitating agile practices and ensuring efficient collaboration among development and product teams. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader, guiding teams in continuous process improvement and delivering value to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and ensure the application of agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
• Act as a facilitator for communication between the development team and product team, ensuring alignment on requirements, priorities, and expectations.
• Remove obstacles that may affect the team's delivery progress.
• Work with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog is well-structured, with clear priorities and well-defined user stories.
• Help teams improve their collaboration, communication, and performance.
• Continuously monitor and improve the efficiency of agile processes and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure team members are well-supported, promoting well-being and professional development.
• Facilitate delivery management, helping to remove blockers and consistently deliver value to the customer.
• Actively participate in sprint reviews and retrospectives to identify opportunities for improvement in the agile process.

Key Skills:

• Previous experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, preferably in agile environments.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to remove impediments.
• Experience working with software development teams and Product Owners.
• Strong ability to work in a collaborative and cross-functional environment.
• Knowledge of agile management tools (Agile Jira).
• Ability to handle conflicts and effectively promote an agile culture.
