Summary: The Scrum Master for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) will lead Agile delivery for eCommerce teams, facilitating ceremonies and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with Product Owner(s) to prioritize backlog, refine user stories, and maintain transparent sprint goals.
  • Track sprint health (capacity, velocity, burndown/burnup) and manage scope within sprint boundaries.
  • Identify and remove team impediments (dependencies, environment issues, test data, approvals).
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies (SFCC, integrations, OMS, payments, content/SEO, data/analytics).
  • Promote flow efficiency: limit WIP, reduce blockers, and drive faster cycle times.
  • Provide timely, clear status reporting (sprint summaries, velocity trends, risks, and mitigations).
  • Run effective demos to showcase business value and gather feedback early.
  • Align delivery with governance (security, compliance, PCI, accessibility) and change management.
  • Coach team and stakeholders on Scrum/Agile principles and empirical process control.
  • Facilitate retrospectives that lead to measurable improvements; implement action items.
  • Nurture a culture of psychological safety, accountability, and outcomes over outputs.
