Summary: The role involves hiring two Scrum Master/Project Managers to oversee a global security transformation programme focused on implementing Secure by Design principles. Each manager will coordinate three parallel workstreams, ensuring effective delivery through collaboration with various teams and stakeholders. The position requires strong agile execution and stakeholder management skills to facilitate structured delivery across multiple program increments. Flexibility to work across different time zones is essential for this remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage delivery across three concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment to programme priorities and PI commitments
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and release readiness
- Maintain RAID logs, drive resolution of risks and issues, and escalate blockers proactively
- Ensure delivery aligns to the Crawl-Walk-Run framework
- Run regular delivery updates with technical leads, security stakeholders, and senior management
- Provide clear visibility of progress, risks, dependencies, and upcoming milestones
- Coordinate sprint reviews, demos, and programme checkpoints
- Support preparation of dashboards, status reports, and leadership briefings
- Support adoption of repeatable delivery practices across security, platform, and application teams
- Coordinate closely with teams working on AI-driven security automation, pattern repositories, and engagement models
- Contribute to programme governance, ensuring consistency across workstreams and portfolios
- Work flexibly across EU/India and US time zones
- Participate in key in-person workshops (including potential travel to the US)
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Programme Manager, Programme Leads, and PMO
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or hybrid PM/Scrum role in complex technical programmes
- Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams within a large, global delivery environment
- Strong delivery discipline, RAID ownership, and agile ceremony facilitation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership and governance forums
- Experience relevant to one or more of the following: Operating model or process transformation initiatives, Secure by Design, security governance, or security engagement frameworks, Platform, architecture, or pattern-based delivery models, Change management and adoption across distributed portfolios
- Comfortable working with globally distributed teams across time zones

Overview
We are hiring two Scrum Master/Project Managers to support delivery of a global security transformation programme. The programme is focused on embedding Secure by Design principles across platforms and applications, supported by AI-driven automation, governance frameworks, and scalable engagement models.
Each role will manage three parallel workstreams, working closely with programme leadership, PMO, and multiple delivery teams to ensure structured, predictable delivery across WALK and RUN Program Increments (PIs).
Core Workstreams

Operating Model & AI Agents (OpModel/Agents)
Delivery of process-driven change for security assessment using AI agents and automation, enabling consistent, scalable security controls across new workloads and applications. -
Secure by Design Repository (SbD Repo)
Establishment of a Secure by Design pattern repository, including:-
Defining governance and contribution models

Migrating and rationalising Legacy security content

Co-developing reusable, practical security patterns
-
Baselining approved technology platforms against defined business scenarios

BISO Engagement Model
Build-out of a security engagement model aligned to BISO and portfolio teams, embedding Secure by Design through:-
Process definition and change management
