Summary: The Scrum Master/Project Manager role requires a professional with at least 5 years of IT experience, particularly in Agile Scrum methodologies, to lead two product teams focused on process optimization and onsite acceleration. Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum methodology.
  • Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog.
  • Track and report team metrics to stakeholders, driving transparency and accountability.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and alignment across teams and departments.
  • Champion Agile best practices tailored to the oil & gas industry.
  • Support change management and agile adoption across the organization.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of Scrum master / Project Manager experience.
  • Strong Agile Scrum experience.
  • Oil & Gas Domain experience is a huge plus as well as maintenance & reliability experience.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple product teams.

Location: Findlay, Ohio / San Antonio, Texas / Denver, CO Primarily remote, with some onsite as needed

Job Description:

Onsite Acceleration Team a small, agile team executing short sprints to rapidly prioritize and deliver high-value solutions.
