Scrum Master Oracle CPQ and PLM

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in Oracle CPQ and/or Oracle PLM to drive Agile delivery for enterprise transformation programs. The role involves facilitating Scrum practices, enabling cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless collaboration between business and technical stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a Scrum Master for Oracle CPQ and/or Oracle PLM implementation and enhancement projectsFacilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)Guide teams in adopting and maturing Agile best practicesPartner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlogIdentify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint executionCoordinate with stakeholders, architects, and development teams for effective deliveryTrack sprint metrics such as velocity, burndown, and team performanceSupport release planning, UAT cycles, and production deploymentsProvide regular updates through dashboards and stakeholder reportsEnsure compliance with Agile governance, documentation, and quality standards
Required Skills & Experience8 12 years of IT experience with 3 5+ years as a Scrum MasterHands-on experience with Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) and/or Oracle Agile PLMStrong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and/or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processesDeep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)Experience in stakeholder management and client-facing rolesStrong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience working with distributed/global teams
