Scrum Master Oracle CPQ and PLM

Summary: The role of Scrum Master for Oracle CPQ and/or Oracle PLM involves leading Agile delivery for enterprise transformation programs. The candidate will facilitate Scrum practices, support cross-functional teams, and ensure effective collaboration between business and technical stakeholders. This position requires a strong background in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ and PLM systems. The Scrum Master will also be responsible for tracking sprint metrics and ensuring compliance with Agile governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Scrum Master for Oracle CPQ and/or Oracle PLM implementation and enhancement projects
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Guide teams in adopting and maturing Agile best practices
• Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution
• Coordinate with stakeholders, architects, and development teams for effective delivery
• Track sprint metrics such as velocity, burndown, and team performance
• Support release planning, UAT cycles, and production deployments
• Provide regular updates through dashboards and stakeholder reports
• Ensure compliance with Agile governance, documentation, and quality standards

Key Skills:

• 8-12 years of IT experience with 3-5+ years as a Scrum Master
• Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) and/or Oracle Agile PLM
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and/or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes
• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles
• Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with distributed/global teams
