- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure the backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
- Support the team in identifying and removing impediments to ensure smooth delivery of sprint goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and innovation.
- Coordinate with the Agile Center of Excellence (COE) and other Scrum Masters to align on best practices and transformation goals.
- Mentor and coach team members on Agile practices, ensuring a high level of Agile maturity.
- Utilize JIRA for tracking and managing project progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably within digital or product development teams.
- Previous experience in automation projects is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with a track record of successful Agile transformations.
